Meet the Q&A panel:
Matty O'Reilly is the COO at The Good Acre. He oversees the Sales, Operations and Grower Support teams at TGA, giving him an intersectional look at supply, demand, food safety, technology and food industry trends.
Beth Dooley is a James Beard Award-winning food writer whose work celebrates the bounty of America's Northern Heartland.
Onesmus Mutio is a farmer, visionary agribusiness entrepreneur and supply chain strategist, building a legacy through sustainable agriculture, innovation and impact.
Chef Peter Thillen is the chef de cuisine at Animales BBQ. His commitment to local, restorative agriculture took root in culinary school while reading The Omnivore's Dilemma, and has since shaped a career spent championing chefs and restaurants who understand that food grown well for the land is food that tastes best on the plate.
Liz Tracy is a TV showrunner and documentary-maker who champions stories at the intersection of food, culture and community. She will moderate the post-screening panel discussion exploring the challenges and opportunities in our local food systems.
